the original approach taken was to survey as many vendors as possible in order to handle a broad range of customer requirements. As NAMLIKA has developed, however, it is apparent that the more effective approach is to focus on developing a core group of vendors that can cover the range of primary and secondary manufacturing processes and capabilities needed to support main areas of specialization.
